What a fun time of year! Many thanks to the crew that put on the Roast Beef Dinner and made it such a success. Thank you to Brian Marry who lent us his trailer for our Homecoming Parade and Robert Marry for letting me use his Allis Chalmers WD45 to pull it. That model tractor was the first tractor I learned to drive as a little squirt so it was super fun to use one again. We had a great turnout and that trailer was packed with our students.
Then of course deer season which has been off to a good start. I was lucky enough to get a nice 8 point coming out of my parents’ corn field this last day off. As Dad says we get to eat our organic corn this way in a different form! Nothing like corn fed venison.
We recently received C.B. Atkin and Lance Tedora into the Church and baptized Jessica Tillotson. Their families are a blessing in our parishes. Thank you to Ron and Neysa Stacey for accompanying them for the past months.
All Seniors from Sacred Heart, St. Mary on the Lake, and St. Anthony are invited to join us for a “Senior Appreciation Mass and Luncheon” on Tuesday, October 25th at 11:00 am.

Mass will be celebrated with Bishop Earl Boyea followed by lunch in the Parish Hall. (an elevator is available if needed).
