Faith Formation Phase 4 Plan:

The Faith Formation Commission organizes, prepares, and teaches the education and faith formation programs for all members of the parish, infancy through adult.

Faith Formation is offered to children, teens and adults. Religious education for children takes place the first 3 Sundays of the month after Mass at 10:30 am.

Baptism preparation will be on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at
Sacred Heart following Mass (6:30pm). Baptisms will be held at
St. Mary on the Lake after preparation is completed.

First Communion:  prepares children in Grade 2 and above for the reception of First Communion.  Meets three Sundays a month.

First Reconciliation:  prepares children in Grade 2 and above for the reception of First Penance.  Meets three Sundays a month.

Confirmation: prepares youth in Grades 9 through 12 for the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Becoming Catholic (RCIA) – Becoming Catholic provides an opportunity for adults who are interested in becoming a full member of the Catholic Church. This includes those who are not baptized, those baptized in another faith, and Catholics seeking to receive the sacraments of Eucharist or Confirmation. It is also open to those adults who are seeking a faith renewal.
